Qualifications

• Experience working as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor on construction, MEP, engineering or building services projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Experience managing subcontractor packages and commercial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and manage BOQs, budgets and cost reports.
• Maintain commercial control from tender to final account.
• Lead and participate in commercial meetings with clients and contractors.
• Provide accurate reporting on project commercial performance.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, interim valuations and final accounts.
