Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a senior leader to drive large, complex capital projects, with a focus on client satisfaction and profitability. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee financial performance, and pursue growth opportunities in data center and mission-critical environments.

You will guide governance, risk management, and commercial strategies, while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of progressive experience in construction/project management and leadership
• Experience delivering large, complex capital projects in data centers or similar environments
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships
• Experience managing project financial performance and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead major client accounts or a portfolio of projects with a focus on service delivery and client satisfaction
• Drive client retention, account expansion, and business development for growth
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and development of fee proposals
• Identify opportunities to grow the Infrastructure & Capital Projects service offering
• Oversee financial performance including revenue tracking, margins, and forecasting
• Provide guidance in capital planning, procurement, and risk mitigation
• Deliver value engineering and cost-saving recommendations while maintaining quality
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team; lead QA/QC and continuous improvement
• Champion operational excellence and KPI monitoring to improve performance
• Represent Accenture at industry events and senior advisory roles
