ViiV Healthcare, based in London, seeks a Commercial Manager, Alliance to drive advanced commercial and digital initiatives across the Alliance region. You will embed dashboards, KPIs and data-driven ways of working to maximise HIV business impact.

In this role you will lead cross-market collaboration, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure governance of data and digital tools while shaping local execution aligned with global strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or related field.
• Commercial experience in pharma or regulated industry.
• Experience driving performance across multi-stakeholder environments.

Aufgaben

• Act as an ambassador for digital data and tools that support global strategy focus and execution.
• Be accountable for improved LOC execution through KPIs, dashboards and related tools.
• Elevate regional digital literacy by developing blueprints, playbooks and best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in each LOC, influencing cross-market change.
• Ensure LOCs follow global data and digital governance principles and standards.
• Lead project management for meetings, workshops and country visits with clear outcomes.
