Job summary

ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Performance Acceleration Manager for Europe & International, based in London with hybrid working conditions. You will translate strategy into actionable delivery plans, coordinating across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Finance and Data Analytics to accelerate performance and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Proven experience in business performance, sales operations, or commercial excellence roles.
• Experience supporting senior leadership forums and delivering executive-ready updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional performance priorities with defined outcomes and milestones.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders across global, regional and country teams.
• Track delivery, assess impact, and escalate risks requiring leadership action.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to connect performance reporting with delivery.
• Shape leadership meeting agendas and provide concise progress updates.
