Job summary

VodafoneThree in London and Newbury offers a hybrid role shaping the future of convergence in the UK telecoms market. You’ll develop business cases, manage the convergence P&L, and provide insight into in-life risks and opportunities that drive commercial performance.

Collaborating with proposition teams, you’ll help define and deliver innovative convergence propositions, partnering with content, platform and ecosystem partners to create value across households and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecoms, media, digital services or related consumer-focused industry.
• Proven track record owning and delivering against commercial or P&L targets.
• Ability to build business cases and commercial models for investments.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of the household growth strategy across Convergence, TV, Content and OneNumber.
• Own commercial performance indicators, identify risks/opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with proposition teams to shape strategies that increase household penetration and revenue.
• Develop robust business cases for new initiatives, including investment appraisal and partner economics.
• Manage relationships with content, platform and ecosystem partners to secure sustainable value.
• Drive profitability improvements and reduce revenue leakage through operational controls.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to support decisions.
• Contribute to governance, processes and reporting to raise forecasting standards.
