Our client is a long-established Tier One Developer within the Residential sector. With over 40 years of industry expertise, they are known for delivering high-spec developments in and around the M25. With a turnover of over £200 million, the business has a healthy and progressive long-term plan with great potential for growth.
As Commercial Lead, you will oversee a team of 5 direct reports and various indirect reports, driving the commercial strategy throughout the project lifecycle—from contract negotiation to final account settlement. This multiphase development involves reviewing the initial masterplan and procuring new phases. The role is crucial in ensuring the commercial success of the project, aligning with the company's financial goals.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will collaborate with operational leads and the leadership team to embed best practices and governance, while supporting talent development within the department.
