This short-term contract role is ideal for a commercially minded legal professional with strong expertise in B2C operations, particularly within a digital or consumer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters, with a strong focus on B2C contractual and regulatory issues.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including marketing agreements, service provider contracts, and promotional arrangements.
3. Ensure ongoing compliance with German and EU legislation, including regulations related to consumer protection, data privacy (GDPR), and e-commerce.
4. Advise on advertising, promotions, and gambling-related regulatory frameworks, where applicable.
