Job summary

Bionic is seeking two Commercial Insurance Brokers to join its fast-paced insurance sales department in the UK. You will understand customers' commercial insurance needs, build strong relationships, and provide tailored insurance solutions from inbound leads.

You will work on a vibrant sales floor with clear targets and training to support your CII studies. Upon probation, you’ll receive full support for CII studies and participate in an apprenticeship program to grow your insurance expertise

Qualifications

• Proven track record building relationships with insurers and negotiating terms.
• Sales background with success in securing new business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in highly regulated insurance industry.
• Progress towards CII qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with insurers and MGAs.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate cover.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums.
• Convert leads to quotes and policies.
• Manage diary, meetings and system records.
• Handle MTAs and respond to queries promptly.
• Cross-sell other services to existing customers.
• Ensure high renewal rates.
