Greenfield Insurance Brokers in Segensworth, Hampshire, is seeking an Insurance Account Handler to manage all client insurance requirements, primarily for Property Owners and SME clients, delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

This full-time, permanent role offers exposure to a broad range of insurance products, with duties from new business through renewals, guidance on claims, and close collaboration with insurers to secure appropriate cover and prompt

Formación

• Experience in commercial insurance is preferred.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Organised, detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Enjoys working in a small, collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

• Managing client accounts from new business through to renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Handling insurance arrangements for Property Owners and SME commercial clients.
• Providing claims guidance and support to help settlements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Ensuring clients have appropriate insurance cover for their exposures.
• Providing accurate and professional insurance advice in line with regulatory requirements.
• Working closely with insurers and clients to deliver excellent service and outcomes.
