Basil Fry & Company is a trading name of Jensten Insurance Brokers Limited. We are hiring a Commercial Account Handler to join our established team in Leatherhead, working alongside experienced brokers to service new and existing commercial insurance clients.

You will manage renewals and mid-term adjustments, obtain competitive quotations and build long-term client relationships, collaborating with insurers and underwriters to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• General Commercial Insurance experience (2+ years) in relevant fields.
• Confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills.
• Organised, proactive and team oriented.
• Acturis experience would be an advantage.
• Interest in developing a career in commercial insurance.
• CII study progression is advantageous and supported.

Responsibilities

• Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Obtaining and presenting competitive quotations.
• Building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Working closely with insurers and underwriters to deliver tailored solutions.
• Responding to client queries and ensuring accurate records.
• Handling invoicing and general policy administration.
