Job summary

Basil Fry & Company, part of Jensten, is hiring a Commercial Account Handler in Leatherhead. You will service new and existing commercial insurance clients, including major schemes, alongside experienced brokers.

Responsibilities include renewals, mid-term adjustments, quotations, and building long-term client relationships while coordinating with insurers. Excellent customer service is essential; Acturis experience is a plus, and CII studies are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of General Commercial Insurance experience
• Confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills
• Organised and proactive, able to work in a team
• Acturis experience would be an advantage
• CII study progression is advantageous and supported by us

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals and mid-term adjustments
• Obtain and present competitive quotations
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Work with insurers and underwriters for tailored solutions
• Respond to client queries and maintain accurate records
• Handle invoicing and general policy administration
