Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance broking and developing client relationships.
• Ability to win new business and grow a profitable portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of the UK commercial insurance market.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new commercial insurance opportunities.
• Build and develop a profitable portfolio of clients.
• Establish long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings and detailed insurance reviews.
• Provide advice across a broad range of commercial insurance products.
• Work with Account Managers and insurers to deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop introducer and professional-referral relationships.
• Manage your pipeline and meet income targets.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and record keeping.
• Contribute ideas to business development.
