Job summary

Brown & Brown (Europe) Limited in Warrington is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to manage a book of SME clients on site. You’ll handle renewals, quotations, and mid-term adjustments while building strong client and insurer relationships.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in commercial and insurance with exposure to Property, Liability, Fleet, PI, D&O, Motor Trade, Cyber and Commercial Combined.
• Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels and competent in Word and Excel.
• Comfortable handling client enquiries via phone, face to face and email.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products.
• Managing a book of Commercial Clients and building strong relationships with clients and insurers.
• Maximise retention levels and support growth with new business.
• Work in a compliant and timely manner on all cases and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
