Job summary

Gigaclear is building a market-leading Commercial Insight & Intelligence capability to support data-driven commercial decision-making across Marketing, Sales, Customer Services and Commercial Strategy & Propositions.

The Commercial Insight & Intelligence Analyst will transform data into actionable insights, develop reporting, dashboards and predictive analytics to improve acquisition, retention, pricing and CLV.

Qualifications

• Naturally curious, analytical and passionate about using data to solve commercial problems.
• Experience in a commercial insight, business intelligence, data analytics or performance reporting role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
• Experience using Power BI, SQL and Excel is essential; Snowflake, Python, R or AI-enabled analytics tools are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Insight & Reporting: Develop clear, accurate reporting and dashboards across Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, and Commercial Strategy.
• Commercial Analysis: Support decision making through analysis of customer, product and market performance.
• Customer & Market Insight: Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to improve targeting and propositions.
• Advanced Analytics and Predictive Modelling: Build and maintain models for CLV, churn, upgrades and forecasting.
• Commercial Experimentation: Analyse pricing tests and campaigns to measure impact and drive improvements.
• Data Quality & Continuous Improvement: Improve data quality and automate reporting.
