Job summary

DCC Energy GB is seeking an Applications Manager to lead the central Applications function within Energy Products & Solutions. You will act as a gateway between sales opportunities and technical delivery, ensuring projects are prioritised, resourced and progressed from enquiry to robust proposals.

This role covers solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), CHP and other energy solutions, requiring strong operational leadership, capacity planning and governance oversight to support

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the Applications function.
• Acting as the primary route into the team for requests from sales teams and operating businesses.
• Managing incoming demand across multiple businesses and technologies.
• Assessing priorities, workload and delivery timescales.
• Allocating opportunities across the Applications team.
• Maintaining visibility of active opportunities, team capacity and resource requirements.
• Escalating resource constraints, delivery risks and competing priorities where required.
• Ensuring opportunities progress through the agreed Applications process.
