Job summary

4Recruitment Services Ltd in Raunds (NN10) is looking for a maintenance technician to join a large commercial facilities team. You will perform PPMs and reactive maintenance on site and support the mechanical and electrical engineer with basic electrical, plumbing and fabric tasks.

The role requires City & Guilds 2079-11 (F-Gas/ODS) and Level 2/3 diplomas or NVQ. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Pay is £30.73 per hour, paid weekly via umbrella. This is an ongoing long-term contract.

Qualifications

• PPMs & reactive maintenance across a large commercial facility.
• Support the mechanical and electrical engineer on site with basic electrical, plumbing and fabric tasks.
• A professional, positive attitude is essential.
