Job summary

4Recruitment Services is seeking an on-site facilities maintenance support technician for an ongoing contract in Raunds (NN9). You will perform PPMs and reactive maintenance across a large commercial facility, assisting the mechanical and electrical engineer on site with basic electrical, plumbing and fabric tasks.

A can-do attitude and professional approach are essential, with hours Monday to Friday 8am–5pm and pay £30.73 per hour paid weekly via umbrella.

Qualifications

• Experience with planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance in a large commercial facility.
• Ability to support mechanical and electrical engineer on site with basic electrical, plumbing and fabric tasks.
• City & Guilds qualifications demonstrate appropriate competency in required trades.
