Job summary
HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join a facilities management team in Chester. You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, diagnose faults, and complete service reports using digital systems.
This permanent role includes a company van, private use, 25 days holiday, healthcare, pension and ongoing training. Requirements include F-Gas Category 1, full UK driving licence, and strong customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Commercial Air Conditioning/HVAC Engineer.
- Extensive PPM and reactive maintenance experience.
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on commercial systems.
- Valid UK driving licence and F-Gas Cat 1 certification.
Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose faults and perform effective repairs.
- Service and maintain air conditioning equipment.
- Complete minor installation and remedial works.
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding.
- Submit service reports using digital systems.
- Ensure work complies with F-Gas and Health & Safety.
- Identify additional remedial works as needed.
- Provide professional service to customers.
- Manage workload and work independently across sites.
