Job summary

Office Owls Recruitment Limited in the Liverpool area seeks an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to service, maintain, repair and install commercial AC systems across customer sites, including PPM and reactive call-outs. You'll work independently and in a team, ensuring safety, quality and excellent customer service, with opportunities for career progression and ongoing training in a growing business.

Competitive salary £40k-£45k, overtime, pension, company vehicle, 33 days holiday, and paid

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or time served).
• City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent.
• Experience with VRV/VRF systems, split systems, chillers and AHUs.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding and repairing air conditioning equipment.
• Carry out reactive maintenance, servicing, PPM and installations.
• Work on split systems, and VRV/VRF systems.
• Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota.
• Advise customers on repair or replacement of equipment.
• Provide information for quotations including parts, labour and equipment.
• Meet targets for Health & Safety, quality, compliance and profitability.
• Act as a technical expert within the regional team.

Skills

F-Gas (2079) Category 1

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning &

City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent

Experience with VRV/VRF systems

Full UK driving licence

Able to pass a DBS check

Education

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent
