Job summary

Excel Engineering Recruitment LTD is seeking an HVAC Engineer to join a growing service and maintenance team. You will perform planned maintenance, servicing and reactive support on commercial air conditioning systems across a mobile territory including Dartford and the South East.

The role offers a salary of £45,000-£53,000 with overtime, a company van and fuel card, and a performance bonus. Training, career progression and healthcare benefits are provided.

Qualifications

F-Gas certification required.
City & Guilds or NVQ in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration.
Experience servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems.
Strong knowledge of VRV, VRF, Split and Multi‑Split systems.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventive maintenance, servicing and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
Maintain equipment including VRV/VRF, AHUs, and split systems.
Work across a mobile area including Dartford, Kent, London and the South East.
Ensure equipment is maintained to high standards and meets client expectations.
