Job summary

Office Owls Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a Reading-based engineering business. You will service, maintain and fault-find on commercial AC systems across Reading, the M4 Corridor and surrounding areas.

The role offers a permanent position with a salary around £48k depending on experience, a company vehicle, overtime opportunities and career development across a variety of commercial sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial air conditioning.
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with VRF/VRV and split systems.
• F Gas Category 1.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Level 3 Refrigeration & Air - Conditioning NVQ.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain commercial AC systems.
• Fault find and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Work on VRF/VRV, split and multi split systems.
• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Complete leak detection and refrigerant recovery/charging.
• Complete service reports and job sheets.
• Identify remedial works and report findings.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and customer service.
