Executive Connect LTD seeks a Commercial Heating Engineer to ensure compliance with gas safety regulations across a diverse portfolio of schools, public buildings, and domestic properties. You will perform safety inspections, commissioning checks, testing, and generate technical reports.

Responsibilities include installing and servicing domestic and commercial central heating systems, boiler replacements, and working from drawings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Gas Safety Regulations.
• Ability to interpret requirements from drawings and specs.
• Experience with gas-related works (min 3 years).
• Ability to carry out inspections, testing, and certification.

Responsabilités

• Carry out safety inspections, commissioning checks, testing and certification of gas/heating installations.
• Install full domestic and commercial central heating systems and boiler replacements.
• Work from drawings and specifications.
• Carry out repairs/renewals to refurbishment works.
• Assist in annual maintenance programmes including servicing and replacing parts.
