Job summary
Charterhouse is seeking a Commercial Heating Engineer to join our Estates team in Godalming. You will deliver a broad range of heating works across the Charterhouse estate, including planned maintenance, servicing, fault finding, repairs and installation tasks, while ensuring compliance with Gas Safe, water regulations, and health and safety standards; you will keep colleagues updated on progress.

Qualifications
- Experience in a construction/maintenance environment with heating duties.
- Proven gas safe qualifications and domestic/commercial gas experience.
- Proficient with gas safety, water regulations and health & safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Carry out heating engineering works across the Charterhouse estate, including planned maintenance, servicing, fault diagnosis, repairs and installations.
- Maintain knowledge of Gas Safe requirements and relevant bylaws and regulations.
- Plan, prioritise and coordinate tasks, communicating progress to the Maintenance Manager.
