Job summary

Executive Connect LTD is seeking a Heating Engineer to install, repair and maintain mechanical and plumbing systems in commercial and domestic premises. The role requires compliance with health and safety standards, carrying out risk assessments and using PPE as required.

Ideal candidates will have a heating trade apprenticeship up to NVQ Level 3, Gas Safe Registration and ACS qualifications, plus PDA/laptop familiarity for job documentation. Flexibility for on-call work may apply.

Qualifications

• Heating trade apprenticeship up to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Gas Safe Registration is mandatory.
• Gas ACS qualifications CCN1, CPA1, CEN1, HTR1, CCP1, CCCN1 are required.
• UK-PHMES registration card (CSCS affiliated) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain and service mechanical and plumbing appliances and systems per drawings and specifications.
• Attend out-of-hours emergency call-outs on a rota basis (voluntary).
• Follow safety rules, report hazards to the Mechanical Services Foreman.
• Carry out site-specific risk assessments and work safely with approved methods and PPE.
• Complete timesheets and service documentation.
• Occasionally undertake plumbing/heating work in commercial and domestic premises as needed.
