Qualifications

• Considerable experience in Commercial Lines underwriting and broker trading with a proven ability to deliver P&L outcomes.
• Proven experience as an effective people leader, with supervisory experience and team-building skills.
• Advanced leadership and people management skills, applying judgment within defined policies.
• Excellent communication, influencing skills and the ability to engage stakeholders.

• Developing and executing broker strategies and business plans to drive growth and portfolio performance.
• Leading broker engagement activity and building strong market relationships.

• Ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
