Job summary

Enable Resourcing, part of the Enable Group, seeks a commercially minded General Manager to drive growth through new clients, expanded frameworks and PSL placements. You will lead the business, own the P&L, and shape strategy with the Leadership Team.

You will spend significant time with clients, at industry events and building the pipeline, while delivering safe, compliant labour supply across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruitment or related services.
• Proven leadership of a large team (essential).
• Track record in winning accounts, frameworks or PSL positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales plan for Enable Resourcing including revenue targets.
• Win new clients and frameworks; manage high-level client relationships.
• Ensure safe, compliant labour supply and deliverables.
• Build and coach a high-performing sales-driven team.
