Job summary

Enable Resourcing, part of Enable Group, seeks a commercially driven General Manager to lead growth, client development and delivery across multiple sectors. You will be the face of Enable Resourcing, building pipelines, managing risk and driving profitability.

You will lead a high-performing team, own the P&L, ensure safety and compliance, and align with group objectives while expanding in rail, civils, utilities, energy and construction.

Qualifications

• More than 8 years in recruitment, labour supply or related services.
• Proven leadership experience leading a team of comparable size.
• Track record of winning and growing accounts, frameworks or PSL positions with revenue/margin growth.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and negotiating commercial terms.
• Experience supplying people into safety-critical industries (rail, civils, utilities, power).
• P&L ownership or budget accountability is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the sales plan for Enable Resourcing, including revenue, gross margin and new accounts targets.
• Win new clients across rail, civils, utilities, power, highways and construction; manage frameworks and PSL positions.
• Lead bid strategy, pricing and submissions; review proposals before issue.
• Manage senior client relationships with regular account reviews and KPI tracking.
• Ensure safe, compliant and reliable labour supply; maintain client service levels.
• Prepare and monitor a 3-year plan, budget and KPIs; report to Enable Board.
