Job summary

Optima Site Solutions Ltd is seeking a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer to deliver installation, servicing and maintenance across commercial projects in Birmingham and surrounding areas. The role includes occasional breakdown work and travel outside the city as required, with a focus on safe, compliant gas work.

You will have solid experience in commercial gas engineering or related plumbing trades, hold relevant qualifications, and be comfortable working across varied project durations.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, gas engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience with commercial gas installation and servicing.
• Ability to travel to projects outside Birmingham when required.
• Knowledge of LPG and oil systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial gas installation work across projects.
• Undertake servicing and maintenance of commercial gas systems.
• Attend to breakdowns as required, limited to occasional occurrences.
• Travel across Birmingham and surrounding areas for varied project durations.
