Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer for a well-established facilities management provider. The role covers service, maintenance and installation across FM contracts, with projects from £500 up to £1m.

You'll travel nationally, though most work centers around the Midlands. The post includes mentoring an apprentice and sharing knowledge to grow the team, so strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial gas qualifications (e.g. COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1 or equivalent).
• Proven experience across service, maintenance and install.
• Comfortable working on FM contracts of varying scale.
• Based in or around the Midlands, with travel flexibility.

Commercial Gas Engineer

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established facilities management provider for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team, covering service, maintenance and installation work across a range of FM contracts and projects valued from £500 up to £1 million.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of day-to-day maintenance and larger project work, with the opportunity to travel nationally — although the majority of work will be based around the Midlands, so you'll need to be commutable to the region.

You'll also play a key role in developing the team, taking responsibility for mentoring an apprentice, so strong communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge are essential.
