Job summary

Qualifications

• CCN1, CEN1, COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CDGA, CIGA, COMCAT certifications required or preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar gas engineering role.
• Experience with large commercial boilers and direct-fired AHUs.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and work with a professional, detail-oriented approach.
• Computer literate with basic MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete statutory inspection of gas appliances on site and related plant.
• Perform reactive repairs on gas appliances and related plant on site.
• Annual auditing of gas maintenance across all site venues on contract.
• Ensure all gas certifications are current and compliant.
• Assist on other site tasks within your skill set as needed.
• Maintain professional image of CBRE and deliver excellent customer service.
• Pursue ongoing personal development and lifelong-learning in gas engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing Statutory inspection of gas appliances on site and associated plant
• Complete reactive repairs on gas appliances on site and associated plant
• Annual auditing of Gas maintenance of all site venues on contract
• Ensure all gas certification is up to date
• Assist on other jobs within skill set around site as needed
