Job summary

Richard Irvin, part of the RSK Group, is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join the Dundee team. You will perform maintenance visits, replace heating controls and diagnose faults as part of a nationwide facilities management group.

Responsibilities

Commercial Gas Engineer ¦ Dundee, Scotland ¦ Full-Time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out annual and interim maintenance visits in line with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.
Replacing heating controls and components following manufacturer guidelines.
Performing combustion performance analysis on gas appliances.
Diagnosing faults using manufacturer technical literature.
Attending gas escapes and suspected fume reports in accordance with current regulations.

Essential Qualifications

What we're looking for:

Domestic ACS: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, DAH1, CPA1
Commercial ACS: COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CORT1, CIGA1

You’ll Also Have

A strong commitment to high standards of workmanship.
Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
A full, clean UK driving licence.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
