Qualifications
- Gas safety knowledge and regulations compliance.
- Experience completing maintenance visits and fault diagnosis.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and safety‑minded.
Responsibilities
- Carry out annual and interim maintenance visits per Gas Safety regs.
- Replace heating controls and components per manufacturer guidelines.
- Perform combustion performance analysis on gas appliances.
- Diagnose faults using manufacturer literature.
- Attend gas escapes and fume reports per current regulations.
