Job summary

Richard Irvin FM Limited in Dundee is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our growing team. You will perform maintenance visits, replace heating controls, and analyze combustion performance on gas appliances, working to high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Carrying out annual and interim maintenance visits in line with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.
• Replacing heating controls and components following manufacturer guidelines.
• Performing combustion performance analysis on gas appliances.
• Diagnosing faults using manufacturer technical literature.
• Attending gas escapes and suspected fume reports in accordance with current regulations.

What you'll be doing:

What we're looking for:

Essential Qualifications

• Domestic ACS: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, DAH1, CPA1
• Commercial ACS: COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CORT1, CIGA1

You'll also have:

• A strong commitment to high standards of workmanship.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
