What We Offer

• Salary: Up to £53,860 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities

Working within our gas maintenance team, you’ll deliver planned and preventative gas maintenance, fault finding, and repairs, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards. Tasks are assigned within service level agreements, and you will escalate technical issues as needed. Representing Arcus, you must maintain a professional appearance and vehicle condition. You’ll work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and communicate operational issues effectively. Experience in Facilities Management or Construction, with a focus on high-profile commercial contracts, is preferred, along with knowledge of refrigeration systems and M&E technologies.

• A recognised commercial Gas qualification (essential)
• Gas Safe certification (essential)
• HVAC knowledge (essential)
• A full driving licence (essential)
• Awareness of budgeting for parts and materials

Additional Information

• Working hours: 45 hours/week
• On call 1 in 4 weeks, including Saturdays
