Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Ltd on behalf of a reputable Mechanical and Electrical services provider is seeking an experienced Commercial Heating/Gas Engineer to join their team in Buckinghamshire. You will service, diagnose and repair commercial gas boilers and heating systems across schools and commercial sites, with a focus on local Buckinghamshire work and no London travel.

The role offers a full-time, permanent contract with a competitive salary up to £50k–55k, potential overtime and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing, diagnosing and repairing domestic/commercial gas boilers and heating systems.
• Commercial ACS certificates such as COCN1, CODNCO1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, TPCP1a.
• OFTEC oil boiler service/repair experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial gas servicing, fault finding and maintenance across customer sites in Buckinghamshire.
• Cover local area with no London travel.
• Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with gas safety regulations.

Commercial Gas Engineer

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently working on behalf of a very reputable and well-established provider of Mechanical and Electrical services and are looking for an experienced Commercial Heating / Gas Engineer to join their team on a fully employed and full time basis. You will need to live commutable to Buckinghamshire, ideally in areas such as Aylesbury, Stokenchurch, Wendover, Princes Risborough or High Wycombe.

Locations: Buckinghamshire | Aylesbury | Princes Risborough | High Wycombe.

The Role

Full-time employed position as a commercial gas combustion engineer, mainly carrying out commercial gas servicing, breakdown and maintenance works throughout a range of commercial sites within the area (majority of sites will include schools, educational sectors and commercial premises). Responsible for covering the local Buckinghamshire and surrounding area (No London work required).

What We Are Looking For

• Commercial ACS certification such as COCN1 Or CODNCO1 Changeover, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, TPCP1a


• Ideally Domestic Gas certificates such as CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, DAH1 etc.


• Experience with servicing, diagnosing and repair of Domestic/Commercial Gas Boiler and Heating Systems


• OFTEC Oil Boiler service and repair experience would also be desired but not essential.
