A well-established Mechanical Contractor is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their Service and Maintenance Team. This role involves service, repair, and installation of various gas systems and appliances across the Hampshire area and surrounding regions. Essential qualifications for this role include multiple gas safety certifications and a valid driving license, ensuring compliance and effective service delivery for a range of commercial and domestic clients.

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include CCN1, CEN1, and COCN1 certifications.
• Driving License is mandatory.
• Experience in Gas Appliance Servicing and Boiler Repairs required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of gas appliances.
• Install and replace mechanical plant and equipment.
• Repair gas boilers and heating systems.

My client who is a well-established Mechanical Contractor is looking to recruit a Commercial Gas Engineer for their Service and Maintenance Team.

The main bulk of the work will be Hampshire, but clients do stretch across East/West Sussex, Dorset and Wiltshire

My client works with a range of clients including Commercial, MOD Works, Medical, and Domestic.

The main Duties will include:

Gas Appliance Servicing

Installation and replacement of mechanical Plant and equipment

Service and repair of Boilers.

Service and repair of Gas Fire and overhead radiant heating services and Gas Fired water heaters.

Essential Qualifications:

Driving License

CCN1 - Core domestic national gas safety

CEN1 - Domestic central heating boilers

COCN1 - Core commercial national gas safety

CODNCO1 - Core domestic to core commercial.

TPCP1A - Test and purge

CENWAT - Boilers and water heating appliances

CIGA1 - Indirect-fired heating appliances.
