Job summary

Nova Artes Engineering is seeking a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to cover Manchester and surrounding areas. The role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial gas systems across offices, retail, schools and industrial sites.

The ideal candidate holds valid Commercial Gas qualifications and a full UK driving licence, with strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently. Attractive salary and travel pay on offer.

• Experience in commercial gas service and repair.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Must have Commercial Gas qualifications (e.g. CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A).

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of commercial gas appliances and heating systems
• Fault finding and reactive repair work
• Working on boilers, warm air units, radiant tube heaters, and associated plant
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with current Gas Safe regulations
• Completing job reports and paperwork accurately

Salary: £43,000 – £50,000 (DOE) +Travel Pay

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join our growing team, covering Manchster and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a stable role with excellent earning potential and genuine work-life balance.

You will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, and repair work across a range of commercial properties including offices, retail units, schools, and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of commercial gas appliances and heating systems
• Fault finding and reactive repair work
• Working on boilers, warm air units, radiant tube heaters, and associated plant
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with current Gas Safe regulations
• Completing job reports and paperwork accurately

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Commercial Gas qualifications (e.g. CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A)
• Proven experience in commercial gas service and repair
• Full UK driving licence

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
