Job summary

Richard Irvin, part of the RSK Group, is seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our Dundee team. You will carry out maintenance visits, service gas systems and diagnose faults in commercial properties, ensuring compliance with regulations and high safety standards.

This permanent, full‑time role offers a competitive salary up to £43,500, a company van with a fuel card, and a company pension. A full UK driving licence and domestic/commercial ACS qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Domestic ACS: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, DAH1, CPA1
• Commercial ACS: COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CORT1, CIGA1

Responsibilities

• Carrying out annual and interim maintenance visits in line with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.
• Replacing heating controls and components following manufacturer guidelines.
• Performing combustion performance analysis on gas appliances.
• Diagnosing faults using manufacturer technical literature.
• Attending gas escapes and suspected fume reports in accordance with current regulations.
