Job summary

Mitchell Adam Ltd. is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its finance team in the UK. You will work closely with operational stakeholders and budget holders, translating data into meaningful commercial insight and supporting decisions around costs, productivity and performance.

The role combines hands-on management accounting with business partnering, offering exposure to budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and financial analysis while developing broader commercial finance experience.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or qualified ACCA/CIMA accountant with solid grounding in management accounting.
• Experience across management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; ability to interpret data and produce meaningful MI.
• Confident communicator who can build relationships with stakeholders and provide constructive challenge.
• Commercially minded, proactive and organised; balances core finance with wider business support.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, budgeting and KPI reporting.
• Forecasting and financial performance analysis.
• Active management accounts, month-end reporting, reconciliations and VAT.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to translate data into commercial insight.
• Support business decisions and identify opportunities for cost productivity and performance improvement.
