Job summary

Solutions Driven is seeking a Finance Business Partner in the United Kingdom to act as a trusted commercial finance partner to OpCo Managing Directors and their senior leadership teams. You will translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive revenue, margin and cash generation.

Working closely with operational and finance colleagues, you will lead OpCo budgets and forecasts, embed driver-based KPIs and provide robust financial modelling to support strategic decisions

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 2–3 years post-qualified experience in commercial finance or FP&A.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge assumptions.
• Strong financial modelling and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted partner to OpCo MDs and senior teams.
• Analyse monthly performance: revenue, margin, costs, cash.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead OpCo budgets and forecasts.
• Develop driver-based KPIs for proactive performance management.
• Support business cases with robust financial modelling.
• Collaborate with Finance Shared Services for month/year-end reporting.
• Build cross-functional relationships to drive commercial insight.
