Qualifications

• Finalist or newly qualified accountant with strong grounding in management accounting.
• Experience in business partnering and stakeholder management is beneficial.
• Ability to translate financial information into clear commercial insight.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and senior stakeholders across the business.
• Build relationships with non-finance teams and become a trusted contact for financial matters.
• Translate financial information into practical commercial insight.
• Challenge stakeholders around performance, costs and profitability.
• Help managers understand key financial drivers and opportunities to improve margins and efficiency.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and longer-term planning.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts with meaningful commentary.
• Support business cases, investment appraisals and decision-making.
• Produce management information, KPIs and analysis for senior leadership.
• Retain involvement in management accounting and month-end activities while broadening commercial remit.
• Support wider strategic, operational and finance transformation projects.
