Mitchell Adam are partnering with a high-growth, manufacturing group to appoint a Management Accountant at a pivotal stage in its international growth. You will own financial reporting across UK sites, partnering with Site Managers to shape performance and drive better business decisions.

This role goes beyond reporting: you will analyze P&L performance, investigate variances and turn insight into action, helping leaders challenge performance and seize opportunities as the group expands.

Qualifications

• Be an actively studying Part Qualified Accountant looking to qualify in a growing business.
• Strong management accounting skills with the ability to interpret P&L performance, investigate variances and turn analysis into clear commercial insight.
• A confident, engaging communicator who can build relationships with senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and report on performance across UK sites.
• Analyze P&L variances and identify profitability drivers to inform decision-making.
• Partner with Site Managers to translate financial insights into actions that improve site performance.
• Help develop reporting processes across multiple sites as the group expands.
