You will oversee monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and ensure strong financial governance while mentoring the finance team and collaborating with operations to optimise commercial decisions.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial leadership across the Group, maintaining long-term financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and strict financial governance.
• Drive profitability by identifying cost-reduction efficiencies and supporting commercial decisions via pricing analysis, tender reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, manage cash flow, and continually enhance financial systems and reporting processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
