Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Finance Business Partner with a strong commercial mindset to influence business decisions in a hybrid Cardiff role. You will partner with senior stakeholders, deliver high-quality management reporting and financial analysis, and drive budgeting and forecasting across the business.

The ideal candidate will have ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or nearing completion, plus proven finance partnering experience and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Qualified or nearly qualified with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Strong finance business partnering experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Background in management reporting and financial analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality management reporting and financial analysis.
• Partner with senior operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Analyse performance, variances and key business drivers.
• Provide commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.
• Build strong relationships across the wider business.
• Challenging performance constructively and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support the production of accurate and insightful Board and senior management reporting.
• Use data and financial information to tell the story behind business performance.
