Job Description

• Review of monthly management accounts, including Balance Sheet reconciliations and insightful commentary on key variances.
• Develop and manage budgets, understand key drivers, and confidently challenge stakeholders as needed.
• Build and nurture relationships with Marketing senior leadership teams, providing comprehensive support with brand performance and essential analysis.
• Examine cost lines deeply, identifying opportunities and understanding associated risks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the wider finance function, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and positive change.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a qualified or QBE accountant with experience in partnering with Commercial teams (sales and marketing), strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

What's on Offer

£55,000-£60,000 plus bonus, with 2 days on-site in Burton.
