RECfinancial is assisting a growing business to recruit a proactive Finance Analyst in Leicester. The role centers on commercial analysis, P&L oversight, forecasting and trend reporting, partnering with internal teams to drive value through accurate data and insight.

The candidate may come from Assistant Accounts, Finance Analyst, or Management Accountant roles and is eager to move into broader business partnering. CIMA/ACCA study support is provided; experience-by-qualification is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Role focuses on commercial analysis, including P&L management, forecasting, and trend reporting.
• Data accuracy supports key business decisions and budgeting processes.
• Open to candidates pursuing CIMA/ACCA with full study support; experience by apprenticeship also welcome.
