Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner in the UK to work with a category team, turning performance data into actionable insights and stronger financial outcomes.

You'll own budgeting and forecasting, challenge variances in sales and costs, and build business cases while collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive informed commercial decisions for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering within a fast-moving organisation.
• Comfortable with the detail of a P&L and able to explain the numbers to non-finance audiences.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with budgeting and forecasting experience and commercial judgement.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner category and commercial leaders, providing financial insight and decision support.
• Own budgeting and forecasting for your area, ensuring plans are realistic and linked to priorities.
• Analyze performance across sales, margin, costs and EBITDA to identify drivers and opportunities.
• Turn financial data into actionable recommendations beyond reporting.
• Build financial models, scenarios and business cases to support decisions and investments.
• Challenge assumptions and explain financial implications of options to stakeholders.
• Support monthly reporting and track benefits against business cases.
