This company is experiencing continuous growth, primarily through acquisitions. The successful candidate will support high-profile contracts and play a key role in driving growth and business performance by providing financial expertise and insights.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking a qualified accountant (this is essential) currently working in a financial analysis or management accounting role, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary up to £55,000 plus benefits, including a 10% bonus. The role offers hybrid working with flexibility. The company has offices in Wakefield.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with operational management to understand the business and its commercial drivers. Provide regular reporting on financial performance and KPIs, proactively identify opportunities to improve business performance, and support business case development through commercial modelling.
2. Manage planning and forecasting processes, supporting management with analysis and guidance.
3. Enhance the effectiveness of the Finance function by initiating and delivering projects and process improvements. Support the ongoing development of reporting tools.
4. Provide ad-hoc analysis, guidance, and support related to financial performance and processes.
