Job summary

Strukta Group Ltd is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to provide insightful analysis, reporting, and financial modelling that supports data-driven decision-making across the business. You will work with finance and cross-functional teams to drive performance through KPI analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and BI reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Part-qualified or qualified CIMA (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Management Accounting or FP&A.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in ERP systems, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data warehousing concepts.
• Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and able to work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end reporting, including accruals, provisions, and financial adjustments.
• Analyse commercial and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights.
• Assist with Board reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models to support tenders, sourcing decisions, investments, and cost management.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and BI reporting tools.
• Monitor margins, waste, yield, and other performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and commercial functions.
• Support ad hoc analysis and business projects as required.

We are looking for a commercially focused Commercial Finance Analyst to provide insightful analysis, reporting, and financial modelling that supports data-driven decision-making across the business. Working closely with finance and cross-functional teams, you will help drive performance through KPI analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business intelligence reporting.

Working Hours: fully on-site, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 45mins meal break.
