Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance on commercial building services
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in commutable distance to Bristol
- Level 2 in Carpentry or Joinery
- Able to deal with basic plumbing, painting
Responsibilities
- Deal with planned and reactive maintenance on commercial sites
- Carry out carpentry, basic plumbing, flooring and ceiling tile tasks
- Be on-call as part of rota
